What You’ll Do - Transport guests to and from designated locations such as the airport while providing friendly and professional service.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Ensure prompt pickup and drop-off times while maintaining safe driving practices.
- Maintain accurate vehicle mileage logs and complete pre-shift vehicle inspections.
- Keep the transportation vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
- Respond promptly to radio calls and guest requests.
- Follow all safety standards, traffic laws, and emergency procedures.
- Report accidents, maintenance concerns, or suspicious activity immediately to management.
- Assist with guest service tasks such as cleaning lounge areas, stocking supplies, or other duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information and follow all company policies.
What You’ll Bring - Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local roads, directions, and area attractions preferred.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and vehicle operation guidelines.
- Ability to lift luggage and assist guests as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
