The Manager is responsible for leading the tactical revenue management efforts for hotel(s) . This includes ensuring consistent and effective use of tools and processes
* This position will work closely with the General Manager and Sales team of hotel(s) with a focus on setting pricing strategy to drive optimal revenue and profit. * Must be passionate about using data, quantitative analysis, and sophisticated analytics to develop optimal pricing, profitable revenue, and to drive change. * Use knowledge of technical and managerial applications of reservation systems and yield management systems and their utilization by each hotel brand and White Lodging. * Responsible for demand forecasting, financial forecasting, annual budget process, rate management, and inventory restrictions. * Responsible for selling strategies and inventory restrictions that capture the optimal revenue producing business for the hotel. * Work with sales to ensure group strategies are accurate and achieve the business goals of the hotels. * Utilize a variety of historic reports, pacing, segmentation, and pricing reports to enhance the demand forecasting processes. * Conduct diagnostic analysis of hotel’s channel mix to optimize profitable revenue. * Conduct ongoing revenue and profit analysis to identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share, and profit. * Create and analyze ad-hoc reports as needed/requested. * Various other items as needed.
* 2 or more years multi-brand Revenue Management experience * Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills * Proficient in all Revenue Management processes including, pricing and yield management * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Bachelor’s Degree
