What You'll Do and What You'll Bring
What You’ll Do
Mentor entry-level cooks and apprentices while managing daily food preparation and production for your outlet.
Follow company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
Maintain food cost and labor cost targets while managing portion control and ingredient freshness.
Utilize a variety of cooking techniques, including sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, and more, to prepare dishes to perfection.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by fostering cooperation and respect among coworkers.
Be mindful of guest feedback scores, working proactively to positively influence rankings.
What You’ll Bring
Expertise in using all cooking and preparation equipment.
Proficiency in a variety of culinary techniques, including breakfast cookery, garde manger, and pantry preparation.
Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
The ability to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods.
