WHAT YOU'LL DO

* The Line Cook will expertly know the menu, preparation methods and procedures

* Ensure flawless quality, preparation, and presentation

* Manage operational costs, including food and labor.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* Cooks will have basic cooking skills and knowledge of equipment

* Sincere interest in learning new skills

* Respect, fun, and teamwork

* Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred, but not necessary
