Beverage Manager for Stella Van Buren in Milwaukee. Modern in both its culinary and aesthetic approaches, our Italian-meets-American restaurant provides a magnetic ambiance for entertaining and unwinding.Our Beverage Manager will join the restaurant management team to oversee service and to provide leadership and oversight to the beverage program. Starting salary range: $60,000-65,000

What You'll Do

* The Beverage Manager oversees all restaurant and bar operations and staff, with a specific focus on optimizing the beverage program
* Ensure guest satisfaction and flawless quality and presentation
* Oversee and enforce compliance with processes and procedures
* Manage an efficient, well-maintained, profitable and guest-first environment; maintain the profitability of the beverage program at Stella
* Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

What You'll Bring

* 1+ years in a restaurant leadership position
* 1+ years in a hotel or club environment
* Extensive wine and spirits knowledge
