Responsibilities


Summary

The Director of Benefits will lead the design, administration, and management of White Lodging’s comprehensive benefits programs. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, this role is instrumental in ensuring competitive and cost-effective benefits that enhance employee well-being, align with company goals, and drive employee engagement.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Mentor and develop a team of benefits professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategize for Success: Partner with senior leadership to design and implement benefits strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Optimize Benefits Programs: Oversee the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefits, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive Employee Well-Being: Promote initiatives focusing on physical, financial, and mental health.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and more.
  • Enhance Communication: Develop communication strategies to educate employees on benefits offerings, open enrollment, and wellness programs.

What You’ll Bring
