What You'll Do - Serve beverages to guests with prompt, high-quality service to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Monitor beverage consumption to ensure responsible service and verify IDs as needed.
- Move supplies between multiple ranch venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as required.
- Complete all assigned setup, side work, and closing duties while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Check bar glasses for any cracks, chips, or stains to ensure quality.
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items, their preparation, and daily features or specials; be prepared to answer guest questions.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Take guest orders accurately, confirm the details, and enter orders into the Micros system.
- Ensure food presentation standards are met before serving and verify guest satisfaction promptly.
- Follow all cash handling policies and complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately.
- Engage in pre-shift meetings and maintain a thorough understanding of the ranch's offerings.
- Uphold a friendly and safe work environment, promote teamwork, and comply with uniform and work procedure standards.
- Assist with moving kegs and other heavy items safely, using a team approach when needed.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
