Responsibilities


What You'll Do


As a Banquet Houseperson/Stager, you will:

  • Assist the F&B and Events teams in setting up, servicing, and tearing down events at the ranch, ensuring a smooth operation for all gatherings.
  • Provide proactive and high-quality service to guests, always exceeding their expectations.
  • Be familiar with all function rooms and setups, ensuring each event space is properly prepared according to the requirements.
  • Efficiently set up and break down events, making sure all equipment is handled and stored safely.
  • Keep function rooms, storage areas, and event spaces clean and organized throughout the day.
  • Perform routine checks of meeting rooms during breaks, ensuring everything is working properly (e.g., lighting, temperature).
  • Assist guests with any immediate needs and refer any further requests to supervisors or managers as necessary.
  • Operate industrial equipment, such as vacuums and buffers, for maintaining clean and tidy event spaces.
  • Transport supplies and equipment to multiple ranch venues, operating ranch vehicles or rangers as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures, adhering to all company policies and standards.

What You'll Bring


  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to operate ranch vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and maintain event spaces efficiently.
  • Clear communication skills to interact effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Ability to resolve issues and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with or the ability to learn to use industrial equipment, like vacuums or buffers.
  • A professional demeanor and adherence to uniform and safety standards at all times.
