What You'll Do and What You'll Bring


What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations through warm and engaging hospitality.
  • Execute the proper setup, service, and tear down of banquet bars and receptions according to Event Orders.
  • Master classic and trendy cocktail recipes, serving with accuracy and flair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with Banquet Captains and team members to deliver seamless event operations.
  • Adhere to portion control, cost control, and profit-maximization standards.

What You’ll Bring


  • At least 3 years of banquet experience, preferably in a four-diamond property.
  • Expertise in mixing classic and modern cocktails, with knowledge of ingredients and recipes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide legible written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate transactions and reporting.
  • Must be at least 19 years old and hold or retain a state-issued liquor license.
