What You'll Do

* As an AM Baker, you’ll be responsible for baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods, ensuring they are prepared according to our recipes and meet our high-quality standards.

* Lead the morning baking operations and ensure that all items are freshly prepared and presented beautifully.

* Ensure proper labeling, storage, and adherence to food safety standards, including maintaining accurate logs and temperature checks.

* Foster a positive and engaging work environment for your team, encouraging collaboration and excellence.

* Train and coach kitchen associates, helping them develop their baking techniques and maintain high performance.

What You'll Bring

* Previous baking experience is required; you should be familiar with professional baking equipment and able to troubleshoot when necessary.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle early morning shifts and a high-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in every item baked.

* A passion for baking and a desire to continuously improve your craft.

* The ability to inspire and lead a team, creating an atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
