Responsibilities


What You’ll Do


  • Identify and execute ownership initiatives, including ROI projects, cost-saving measures, and monthly performance analysis.
  • Manage capital models, renovation plans, and annual capital budgets to align with ownership objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with management and franchise agreements, as well as local incentives and ground lease requirements.
  • Provide financial insights by supporting treasury operations, lender-specific needs, and forecasting efforts to optimize debt service coverage.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations for senior leadership, including quarterly Board of Advisors updates.
  • Collaborate across departments and effectively communicate strategic plans with ownership and senior hotel management.
  • Benchmark performance internally and externally.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring


  • Experience in financial analytics, hotel operations, or hotel real estate (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as NPV and IRR, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Expertise in market feasibility analysis, demand forecasting tools (e.g., STR), and financial structures.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with operations, finance, construction, development, and legal professionals.
  • A positive, innovative approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to lead by example.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; industry relationships are a plus.
