Brush Creek Ranch offers immersive, hands-on internship experiences across a wide variety of departments. Whether you’re passionate about hospitality, culinary arts, guest activities, agriculture, wellness, recreation, or operational support, our internship program provides the opportunity to learn from industry experts while contributing meaningfully to an award-winning luxury guest experience.

We give priority to candidates who are available for the majority of our operating season: May 8 – October 31, 2026.

What You'll Do and What You'll Bring


What You’ll Do

While specific duties vary by department, interns can expect to:

  • Support day-to-day operations in your assigned department with a strong focus on guest service and teamwork.
  • Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activities, meals, events, or service experiences.
  • Follow established schedules, protocols, and safety standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to help optimize workflow.
  • Engage directly with guests, sharing knowledge of the ranch, activities, or your area of specialty.
  • Learn and apply department-specific skills (e.g., guiding, cooking, serving, greenhouse operations, facilities work, etc.).
  • Contribute to special projects or experiences that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrollment in or recent graduation from a college, university, or accredited training program (preferred).
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, outdoor recreation, culinary arts, agriculture, or luxury guest experiences.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Ability to remain professional, friendly, and guest-focused at all times.
  • Reliability and the ability to commit to the majority of the May–October season.
  • Capacity to work long shifts, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30–50 lbs depending on the department.
  • A positive attitude and readiness to contribute to a world-class guest environment.
